After a bit of a break with the global pandemic, we are excited to meet together again for the Western Plains Christian Convention!
10 - 11 September | Dubbo Christian School
Join us to hear talks from Andrew Sennett and Pat Jones as they get us thinking about God's heart for the lost and his church. We will dig into 1 John and Jonah and explore God's character and what that means for us and his kingdom.
After 8 years of serving in youth ministry Pat now serves as the young adults pastor at St Pauls Anglican Church, Castle Hill. He is deeply passionate about our God and seeing each generation take their place in His kingdom. He moved into vocational ministry after working in a refuge for homeless youth where God taught him a great deal about the needs of this world and our need to fully depend on Him. Pat is married to Kathryn and they have two wonderful kids. His other loves include long runs, the Cronulla Sharks, Liverpool and basically all things sport.
Andrew has spent the past couple of decades sharing the gospel with university students, most of that time in Bathurst. Andrew and Janelle have been married for 27 years, and have three adult children, although they're not quite empty nesters. The Sennetts are part of the WPCC family, and have loved the ministry and fellowship the conference provides. Andrew will be teaching from the book of Jonah about connecting with the heart of God.
