Dietary requirements are not catered for during the conference. However, there will be gluten free options available.
If you are a high school student you will participate in the conference with the adults.
Children will be cared for during the daytime sessions. On Saturday, this will be 9:00am - 3:00pm. On Sunday, this will be 9:00am - 1:00pm.
Children must be registered by August 2nd to have a place in the program.
Children should be dropped off at the gym, behind the auditorium. Children will need to be signed in and out by a parent.
Children signed in during the morning session on Saturday must be picked up at the ending of Teaching Time 2 so that volunteers can have lunch. Children can then be returned at 2pm on Saturday and will be there until 3:00pm.
There will be no children's program after 3pm on Saturday.
A parent's room will be provided with an audiovisual link up to the auditorium.

If you are sick before the convention and/or no longer able to attend, email us up to 7 days after the convention to receive a full refund.
