Bible Talks
Seek first God’s Kingdom. So said Jesus Christ to his disciples. They are words we’re probably familiar with. Perhaps we’ve even sung them in a song. But are we living them out? How are we to live them out? This year at WPCC we will be considering some of the joys and responsibilities of being a member of God’s people and living for His Kingdom. To help us in this task we’re delighted to have David Cook and Andrew Heard as our Bible teachers. David has recently retired after serving for 25 years as principal of Sydney Missionary and Bible College. David is married to Maxine, and they have five adult children (four married) and seven grandchildren. He has spoken at several Western Plains Christian Conventions in the past and this year returns to teach us from the book of Acts. Andrew leads the ministry team of EV church on the Central Coast of NSW, a work which he and his wife, Cathie, planted 16 years ago. This is Andrews first time at the Convention and he will be teaching on the Sermon on the Mount.
Children’s Program
The children’s program speakers this year will be from Trinity Church Tamworth. The children’s program will operate during DAYTIME SESSIONS ONLY. There will be activities for K-6, 3-4 year olds and 1-2 year olds. An unsupervised creche area will be provided with audiovisual link-up to the auditorium. CHILDREN NEED TO BE PRE-REGISTERED BY AUGUST 7th TO HAVE A PLACE IN THE PROGRAM. Please note children will need to be signed-in and out by parents.

Numbers in the Children’s program are limited.
CHILDREN MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED to secure a place in the Children’s program.
